Today the awards ceremony for the final of the competition took place
During the ceremony, three innovative projects carried out by groups of national and international students from various Vocational Training disciplines were presented. These projects offer creative solutions to the challenge of improving urban water management through nature-based approaches ( NbS), with the aim of transforming the imaginary city of 'Metropolis' into a green and healthy environment for all.
The winning project, "The Tower", represents another step towards sustainable urban development, harnessing the power of green spaces to promote ecological resilience, community well-being and a greener, cleaner future for citizens.?
The awards ceremony was inaugurated by Antoni Bru Angelats, Director of People and Organization at AGBAR, and has had the participation of Mercè Chacón Delgado, General Director of Vocational Training in the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
This competition, which began in April of last year, has had the support of various institutions such as the Fundació BCN FP, Mercantec, DeWijnpers and the INS Esteve Terradas i Illa, demonstrating the collective commitment to promoting innovative and sustainable solutions in management. of urban water.
