We are pleased to announce the launch of the second edition of our 10-hour online training courses this September. We have created a specific training itinerary for you, taking into account your job, to support you in your career through lifelong learning, facilitating the acquisition and improvement of the skills necessary for your professional development.
Continuous training is a key element to keep us up to date and competitive in a constantly changing working world. At Agbar's Water School, we understand the importance of this continuous training and we have implemented a system that allows you to update your knowledge, develop new skills and progress in your professional career.
Each completed 10-hour training course enables you to complete and surpass a competency. In the context of our training, a competency encompasses the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to adequately perform a specific function.
And once all the competencies in a program have been completed and acquired, a macro-competency is awarded. We understand macro-competency as a set of interrelated competencies that allow complex situations to be addressed effectively. These combine multiple skills and knowledge, allowing employees not only to perform specific tasks, but also to adapt and excel in changing and challenging environments.
In the last edition in May 2024, more than 300 Agbar employees took part in these short online training courses. The Water School promotes the online learning model through these training itineraries for its employees.
In this second edition, you will find the new courses as well as your training itinerary, through the NEREXA platform. We are launching the Urban Drainage, Finance or Marketing and Clients programs.
