Goals

Distinguish between groups and teams, highlighting the collaboration and synergy inherent to teams.
Identify the specific characteristics of high-performing teams and understand how they differ from other types of teams.
Know the importance of each stage in the training process and the operational effectiveness of the team.
Address group phenomena, evaluate team cohesion, manage conflicts and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

COMPETENCIAS

Identificar y diferenciar entre un grupo de trabajo y un equipo de trabajo, comprendiendo las cualidades y comportamientos que distinguen a un equipo de alto rendimiento.
Implementar estrategias avanzadas de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de conflictos para promover la cohesión y el rendimiento óptimo del equipo.
Analizar de forma crítica y ajustar las dinámicas y objetivos del equipo en función de factores externos, como cambios en el entorno empresarial o expectativas de los stakeholders.
Evaluar de forma integral la evolución de un equipo a lo largo de su desarrollo, justificando la importancia de cada etapa en el proceso de formación y madurez del equipo.
