Goals

Examine the social, environmental and economic repercussions derived from the presence of contaminants in the sanitation system.
Identify the various sources of contamination that can affect a sanitation system, through concrete examples and situational analysis.
Locate the available and most appropriate control procedures to apply to each type of contamination detected.
Structure the phases and key elements to consider in the implementation of a Spill Control Plan, along with the associated technical and human needs.
Explore existing technological solutions for managing spill control plans and early identification of contamination.

Ser capaz de examinar las repercusiones sociales, ambientales y económicas resultantes de la presencia de contaminantes en un sistema de saneamiento.
Ser capaz de enumerar fuentes específicas de contaminación que pueden afectar a un sistema de saneamiento.
Ser capaz de situar los procedimientos de control disponibles para cada tipo de contaminación identificada, considerando factores como la gravedad, el origen y las características específicas de los contaminantes.
Ser capaz de secuenciar las fases esenciales y los elementos clave en la implantación de un Plan de Control de Vertidos, considerando factores como la evaluación de riesgos, la planificación de recursos y la ejecución efectiva.
Ser capaz de distinguir soluciones tecnológicas disponibles para la gestión de planes de control de vertidos, así como las herramientas de identificación temprana de la contaminación.
