Goals

Acquire concepts related to network efficiency and non-registered water.
Examine tools for calculating network efficiency control ratios.
Diagnose the state of a network in terms of efficiency.
Outline the conceptual design of a management plan to minimize the volume of non-revenue water in a distribution system.
