Goals

Explore the characterization of the supply system.
Determine the health risk associated with the hazards identified in the supply.
Conceptually define a Health Risk Prevention Plan or HACCP Plan, based on the understanding of the HACCP methodology.
Examinar métodos de verificación del plan de prevención definido. Gestionar documentalmente el proceso de implantación, haciendo referencia a la norma ISO 22000:2005 como guía para la certificación de los sistemas de gestión de la seguridad del agua.

Competencias

Ser capaz de examinar la caracterización del sistema de abastecimiento, demostrando competencia en la identificación de componentes del sistema
Ser capaz de estimar el riesgo sanitario asociado a los peligros identificados en el abastecimiento
Ser capaz de definir conceptualmente un Plan de Prevención del Riesgo Sanitario o Plan APPCC basándose en la comprensión de la metodología APPCC
Ser capaz de examinar métodos de verificación del plan de prevención definido
Ser capaz de identificar documentalmente el proceso de implantación, haciendo referencia a la norma ISO 22000:2005 como guía para la certificación de los sistemas de gestión de la seguridad del agua
